Hynes Agency provided an excellent service to my mother and advice to me. They recommended very suitable experienced and well qualified carers for interview and provided sound advice to me on how they should be employed.

The carer’s appointed looked after and cared for my mother who had cardiac failure, renal failure and lung disease with great care and attention for when it was required 24 hours a day on a roster system. My mother an ex nurse was a complex medical case to handle and very sensitive to the care being provided and wished to remain at home. They quickly gained her confidence and trust and managed her medical needs, personal needs, care and comfort in the home efficiently and pleasantly with kindness, gentleness and good humour which my mother very much appreciated.

The public health nurse’s, HSE carers, and medical doctors were highly complementary of the professional skills of the carers provided by Hynes Agency and how they were able to communicate and integrate with the HSE care also being provided.
