Full Time Childminder - Blackrock - Driver Essential - €18 to €25 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a full time, experienced Childminder to care for three children aged five (boy), eight (boy) and ten years old (girl).

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ideally a minimum of three year's experience in any of the following areas: a Childminder, Nanny or Au Pair with at least two years with the same family.
  • Excellent References
  • Fluent English
  • Ideally a FETAC or QQI Childcare qualification up to at least level 5 - this is not a deal breaker.
  • An interest in sports and outdoor activities would be preferable.
  • A full clean driving licence and own car.
  • Willingness to travel with the family would be a huge bonus.

 

DUTIES:

  • 45 Hours - Monday to Friday.  Some flexibility surrounding start and finish times.
  • Collecting the children from school, sports, swimming and music.
  • Supervising and assisting with homework
  • Preparing and cooking tasty and nutritious snacks and meals.
  • Carrying out a range of age appropriate indoor and outdoor activities and games.
  • Some light housekeeping in particular the children's laundry and keeping the family areas clean and tidy.

 

 

 

Approx. salary and benefits:

  • €18 to €25 per hour gross.
  • Reimbursement of motor expenses.
